About Megan

Megan began her yoga journey in 2013 and immediately fell in love with how great she felt mentally and physically. A year into her practice she began a 200hr RYT program and started teaching soon after. Her body quickly craved the softer side of yoga and she pursued more training in Yin Yoga. Megan is an E-RYT® 500 with Yoga Alliance. In 2019 she decided it was time to try to cultivate and build her own community here in Gallatin, TN. Balance & Breathe Yoga is a place where she hopes everyone will feel welcomed, brave, and liberated.
